Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Wings

Wow! Just wow. This is what Easy to Make, Hard to Forget is all about! These little drummies were incredibly tasty little bites and the glaze was so simple to make! A little Colorado rain dampened my excitement when I wasn't able to get these on the grill, but the old standby stovetop came to the rescue. I can only imagine these wingettes getting even better all charred up over an open flame.

Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

2-3 lbs. chicken wings

grill seasoning

1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. raw honey

1 tbsp. sweet hot mustard

Directions:

Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Season wings lightly with grill seasoning.

While wings cook, mix honey and mustards in a small bowl.

Place on grill or onto grill pan and cook until no longer pink, about 10-12 minutes. Brush wings with honey mustard sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes longer, or until they begin to turn golden. Remove from heat and enjoy!

*I used Trader Joe's brand hot sweet mustard, but you can always make your own if you are unable to find a brand.
